Description

You will design and oversee the data architecture, integration, and governance strategies for the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute data management, architecture, integration, and governance strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for the design, documentation, and maintenance of databases and storage structures.
• Transform business requirements into environment-specific ETL, reporting, and data validation designs.
• Review existing architectures to identify underperforming areas and develop strategies for improvement or replacement.
• Research new data modeling methods and information management systems to incorporate into company architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a DBA, ETL Developer, or Data Architect.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Talend ETL.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing architecture techniques.
• Experience with ETL development tools including SSIS, ADF (Azure Data Factory), or Boomi.
• Expertise in producing and maintaining logical and physical data models using professional modeling tools.
• Adept at SQL query development, report writing, and presenting data findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in data architecture, information management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PostgreSQL or Snowpro certifications.
• Familiarity with data governance and security concepts.
• Experience in the Fleet Management industry.
