Description

Design and maintain scalable enterprise data architectures aligned with organizational goals. You will own the technical direction of cloud-native data solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance at scale.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable enterprise data architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and enforce data modeling standards, including dimensional, canonical, and domain-driven models.
• Lead the creation of data governance frameworks and system-of-record strategies.
• Facilitate architecture and design review boards to uphold documentation discipline and best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, and governance teams to implement cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years designing cloud-native data architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with modern data warehouse and lakehouse platforms: Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT orchestration using Python and Airflow.
• Infrastructure-as-Code expertise, preferably with Terraform.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, cost optimization, and scalability design.
• Ability to lead design review boards and enforce data governance standards.
• Experience collaborating across data engineering and business intelligence teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with domain-driven data modeling strategies.
• Background in establishing system-of-record strategies for enterprise data.
