Description

Design and develop scalable data architectures on the Snowflake cloud platform to support evolving business needs and data growth. Own technical solutions from the pre-sales architecture phase through ongoing project execution.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data integration architectures using Informatica, covering data sources, transformation, mapping, and delivery.
• Lead the implementation of Snowflake-based solutions, including schema design, data modeling, and integration pipelines.
• Optimize data storage, retrieval, and query performance for large-scale datasets.
• Implement data security practices, including encryption, role-based access controls, and privacy measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture, flow, and warehouse models for various stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in the Snowflake cloud data platform, including Virtual Warehouses and Snowflake Data Sharing.
• Advanced knowledge of Informatica products, specifically PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and Informatica Data Quality.
• Proficiency in Snowflake data modeling using Star, Snowflake, and Data Vault 2.0 methodologies.
• Expertise in ELT processes using SnowPipe and implementing stored procedures.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
• Proven experience with Data Migration to Snowflake cloud data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and management best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
