You will define the overall data architecture and drive data strategy execution for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering to translate business needs into clear data architecture strategies.
• Design and oversee backend data structures, including managing form creation and data flow.
• Analyze backend data management processes to identify gaps and optimize performance.
• Automate manual processes currently tracked in CSVs and spreadsheets, implementing future-state reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute reporting automation strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a data architecture or systems planning role.
• Data Architecture expertise with a focus on strategy and planning.
• Experience with grant management systems, specifically Sage or Agate.
• Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions.
• Proven track record designing practical solutions using existing systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
