Description

You will manage daily data center operations, environmental systems, and facility maintenance to ensure uptime and capacity planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to data center environmental, security, and system alerts.
• Plan, schedule, and execute periodic maintenance, part repairs, and component replacements (e.g., batteries).
• Manage rack and stack, cabling, physical inventory, and security monitoring.
• Develop long-term DC planning for equipment replacement, technology upgrades, and capacity expansion.
• Collaborate with IT teams and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center management and operations.
• Strong knowledge of industry data center standards, policies, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE guidelines for data center environments.
• Experience with process management and people/process oversight.
• Ability to create and manage detailed schematics and design documentation.
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports related to incidents and SLAs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
