Description

You will own the development and maintenance of data dashboards, reports, and visualization products for internal and external publishing.

Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Rationalize and map data between transactional and dimensional database models.
• Collaborate with database administrators to optimize stored procedures, views, and data warehouse performance.
• Design, develop, and manage the data portal for data publishing.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet strict time constraints.

Required Skills

• 7+ years developing front-end reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SSRS, SSAS, or Power BI.
• 7+ years of website programming with ASP.NET, HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
• 7+ years of data warehouse design experience, including star and snowflake schemas.
• 7+ years using ALM tools for work item management, version control, code analysis, and testing.
• 7+ years of experience with the software development process and technologies.
• 7+ years of experience with Java, C++, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR) limitations and workarounds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with student information management systems and K-12 data and reporting.
• Experience supervising and coordinating functions.
