You will solve complex engineering problems and lead system design and development activities.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering guidelines and maintain quality control pipelines.
• Perform code reviews and advocate for advanced engineering practices.
• Collaborate with global business and technology teams within Agile ceremonies.
• Lead the delivery of IT outcomes through effective stakeholder partnership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in database object development, including stored procedures and functions.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced SQL/PL/SQL and performance tuning (SQL Server preferred).
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise databases: DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, and/or TeraData.
• Solid ETL and BI experience, including Informatica and Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong Python skills for data engineering, automation, and analytics (e.g., pandas, SQLAlchemy).
• Experience working with the Snowflake data platform (modeling, performance).
• Proficiency with Git and modern source control/CI practices.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
