Description

You will own complex data engineering challenges, lead system design, and maintain quality control pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering guidelines and manage quality control pipelines.
• Lead system design and development activities for data solutions.
• Perform code reviews and advocate for advanced engineering practices.
• Collaborate with global teams within Agile ceremonies to deliver IT outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data-focused engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in database object development (stored procedures, functions).
• Advanced SQL/PL/SQL and performance tuning experience (SQL Server preferred).
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise databases: DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, or TeraData.
• Solid ETL and BI experience, including Informatica and Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong Python skills for data engineering, automation, and analytics (pandas, SQLAlchemy).
• Experience with the Snowflake data platform for modeling and performance.
• Proficiency with Git and modern source control/CI practices.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
