Design and build data pipelines that support diverse integration and information delivery methods.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python, PySpark, and Scala.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using various data modeling and analytics techniques.
• Execute complex SQL queries and optimize data analysis workflows.
• Implement data transformations using dbt.
• Apply software engineering and agile development best practices to all data workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a data and BI focused role.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Flink and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries and database optimization.
• Experience with AWS data services including Glue, RDS, and Athena.
• Experience with Snowflake CDW.
• Practical knowledge of dbt for data transformation.
• Experience using BI tools such as PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with relational database management and optimization.
