Description

You will design and implement AI/ML models for business problems, with a preference for Insurance. You will build generative LLM and traditional ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Select algorithms and architectures based on data characteristics and performance requirements.
• Conduct feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model validation.
• Evaluate model performance using statistical metrics and real-world testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production.
• Monitor, maintain, and retrain models to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or ML roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of generative LLM models and transformers.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or Hugging Face.

Preferred Skills

• Worked on Palantir Foundry or AIP Functions.
• Domain experience in the Insurance industry.
