Description

You will own the design, architecture, and execution of scalable data platforms and segmentation frameworks for customer and commercial domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define segmentation architecture and durable data models supporting real-time, near real-time, and batch use cases.
• Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines with strict standards for quality, lineage, and observability.
• Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to translate business requirements into technically feasible, scalable data solutions.
• Lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end, influencing direction through design reviews and reference implementations.
• Mentor senior engineers and ensure governance, privacy, and compliance are embedded into platform design.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform development.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure data services and Azure Data Fabric concepts.
• Proven ability to design scalable data models and segmentation frameworks for large-scale environments.
• Strong architectural judgment across data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and activation layers.
• Experience optimizing designs for cost, performance, latency, and scalability using Azure-native capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience influencing technical direction through documented standards and coaching senior peers.
• Track record of reducing fragmentation and duplication in data logic across multiple teams.
