Description

You will design and implement cloud-based data processing systems and pipelines for a greenfield project in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Build automated data pipelines, validation frameworks, and job schedules focused on scale.
• Architect systems to process high data volumes from diverse sources.
• Design and implement features in collaboration with product owners and analysts using Agile/Scrum.
• Consult and mentor other teams on scalable data architecture best practices.
• Minimize technical debt by building automated, sustainable, and scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale software development with an emphasis on data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering development.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, and Lambda.
• Proficiency with Airflow for orchestration.
• Experience with data-centric programming languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
