Description

You will design, develop, and manage enterprise-scale data systems and Snowflake solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the full software development lifecycle for Snowflake solutions, from requirements gathering to testing and QA.
• Develop production-ready data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Maintain platform performance, uptime, and scalability through high-quality code and thoughtful design.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement optimal data architectures.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience designing and developing data solutions in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Snowflake platform.
• Expertise in SQL development, including analytical functions.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• 3+ years of experience building data pipelines using Spark and Scala.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Informatica, or Automic.
• Practical knowledge of Shell scripting and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing CI/CD, automated testing, and performance engineering.
• Working knowledge of Git, Confluence, and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of metadata and data lineage.
