Description

You will own the data engineering lifecycle, focusing on data aggregation, quality checks, and system monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis and investigation.
• Deploy, configure, and monitor production data solutions independently.
• Provide technical operational expertise to Engineering teams for troubleshooting and requirement building.
• Serve as a change agent, identifying and recommending improvements to business processes.
• Train and mentor new system analysts on data workflows and products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with data aggregation, standardization, linking, and quality check mechanisms.
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS, specifically Oracle and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Columnar databases such as Vertica and Redshift.
• Proficiency with data integration/ETL tools like Talend and Pentaho.
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL, data mapping, and ingestion workflows.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems and XML processing.
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
