Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and ingestion workflows. You own data quality, security, and reliability across complex SQL and NoSQL environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable data architectures for existing and new applications.
• Create and execute complex SQL/PL/SQL queries for data management, mapping, and validation.
• Monitor data workflows to ensure consistency, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and define standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and software engineers in Agile/SAFe sprints.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, and hands-on SQL/PL/SQL.
• Experience designing data models in NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, or Neo4j.
• Proficiency with big data and cloud technologies: Databricks, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of data security, data quality standards, and compliance rules.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA) and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently and provide after-hours support when needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically enrollment, medical, or pharmacy claims.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
