Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and ingestion workflows while ensuring data quality, consistency, and security across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable data architectures and optimize complex SQL/PL/SQL queries for data management and validation.
• Develop and maintain data models in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j) to support high-volume, low-latency workloads.
• Monitor data workflows, perform production configurations, and enforce compliance rules to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and software engineers, to drive organizational improvements and business process optimizations.
• Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews and sprint planning, and document standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a related role.
• 8+ years of hands-on work with SQL and/or PL/SQL.
• Experience with big data and cloud technologies including Databricks, AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Spark, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Neo4j.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of agile development practices, preferably SAFe.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically with enrollment, medical claims, or pharmacy claims.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
