Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS.
• Design and manage scalable cloud-based data solutions on Azure or Google Cloud.
• Orchestrate data workflows and process large datasets using Airflow, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Implement real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Optimize database architecture, SQL queries, and ETL processes for performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with Apache tools including Airflow, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with real-time streaming via Apache Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Ability to optimize database architecture and tune SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring data engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Application of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools for data engineering deployment.
