Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data products for enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data models, semantic layers, and curated data products.
• Implement analytics engineering best practices including coding standards, data governance, and performance optimization.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, and maintenance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the reliability and availability of data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow.
• Proven track record of designing scalable data pipelines and modern data architectures.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT development and data integration from enterprise sources.
• Expertise in data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or AI/ML initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
