Description

Lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-scale ELT/ETL and data integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-volume data pipelines for on-premise and cloud data lake and warehouse environments.
• Own the full data engineering lifecycle, including data platform design, data store architecture, and technical solution design.
• Oversee code development, unit testing, and performance testing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the administration, support, and maintenance of Snowflake and Oracle platforms.
• Mentor team members and establish technical best practices for data integration and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise ELT/ETL solutions.
• 10+ years of experience building data integration, data lake, and data warehouse solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.
• 7+ years of experience working with APIs, data as a service, data marketplace, and data mesh.
• 10+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
• 3+ years of experience working in 100+ TB data environments.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, EMR, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, Redshift, and Athena.
• Expertise in data modeling for self-service BI, advanced analytics, and user applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as IBM Cognos, Power BI, or Alteryx.
• Experience with ETL tools like IBM DataStage, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, Talend, or dbt.
