Description

Design and implement automated data solutions for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance. Own data projects from design through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines sourcing data from multiple systems.
• Design and refine data models using star schema for analytics.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve complex data issues.
• Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure SOX requirements are met.
• Communicate technical concepts to business teams across Finance and Manufacturing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in data warehousing (SQL Server, MySQL, ClickHouse, Vertica).
• Expertise in scalable ETL and data pipelines using tools like Airflow or Informatica.
• Programming proficiency in Python or Java.
• Good understanding of open-source distributed systems, specifically Kafka and Spark.
• Experience with data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with OLAP tools such as SSAS or Hyperion.
