Description

You will design, develop, and manage enterprise-scale data systems and Snowflake solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle for Snowflake solutions, including requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement optimal data architectures.
• Maintain platform performance, uptime, and scalability while upholding high standards for code quality and design.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience designing and developing data solutions in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience working with the Snowflake Platform.
• Strong hands-on SQL and Python development skills, including analytical functions.
• 3+ years of experience building production-ready data ingestion and processing pipelines using Spark and Scala.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Informatica, or Automic.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and JavaScripting.
• Practical experience with software engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and performance engineering.
• Working knowledge of Git, Confluence, and Jira.
• Understanding of metadata and data lineage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing deliverables within an enterprise environment.
