Description

Lead data engineering efforts to build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement batch and near real-time data ingestion pipelines.
• Build ETL/ELT solutions for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and integration.
• Use Azure services to ingest, egress, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Manage data warehouses running on serverless infrastructure and orchestrate workflows using Azure components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Engineering and Databricks.
• Proficiency in PySpark and Python.
• Deep technical knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, and ADLS.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling.
• Experience building event-driven cloud platforms and data integration pipelines.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless data warehouse infrastructure.
