Description

You will design scalable data architectures and modernize ingestion pipelines for high-volume real-time feeds.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and modernize SQL Server and MongoDB environments.
• Design data pipelines supporting 40M+ daily records via Kafka.
• Integrate Splunk, SMTP, S3, and REST APIs.
• Implement ingestion tools to improve data quality and performance.
• Enable reporting via Tableau and internal portals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in data engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with NiFi or similar ETL/ingestion tools.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and unstructured data.
• Ability to assess ecosystems and recommend platform strategies.
• Experience with Splunk, SMTP, and S3.
• Familiarity with Tableau and performance reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with streaming data architectures and real-time analytics.
