Description

You will design and implement data architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets in the life sciences domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-level data architectures for massive datasets.
• Write and manage extensive, high-quality codebases in Python or C/C++.
• Handle data processing for hundreds of millions of rows.
• Solve complex data engineering challenges specific to life sciences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with petabytes of data and hundreds of millions of rows.
• Strong architecture design experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++.
• Proven background in the Life Sciences industry.
• Demonstrated ability to write and manage thousands of lines of high-level code.
• Ability to provide links to code repositories showcasing your work.
• BS, Masters, or PhD with a high GPA.
