Description

Lead the construction, maintenance, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Renovate data management infrastructure to drive automation in integration and management.
• Design and implement data quality monitoring systems, including source-to-target validations and anomaly detection.
• Propose data ingestion, preparation, and integration techniques to optimize operationalization.
• Collaborate with Analytics Center of Excellence and EIM teams to refine data requirements for DnA initiatives.
• Work with data governance teams to ensure responsible data use and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data management, including integration, modeling, and optimization.
• 10+ years of experience designing production-grade data warehousing solutions on SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
• 2+ years designing and implementing large-scale production data solutions on Snowflake.
• 5+ years of data pipeline development using Informatica Powercenter and IBM DataStage.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with object-oriented scripting in Python, Java, C++, Scala, or R.
• 3+ years of experience with Perl scripting.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake internals and integration with reporting technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with data science teams to optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
• Experience with automation tools such as AutoSys or Cntl-M.
