Description

You will own the design, development, and support of data engineering workflows and IT service management processes. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake, Python, and PySpark, alongside strong operational support for production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and PySpark within Snowflake environments.
• Execute and optimize SQL queries using Snow SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Manage IT service management processes using the ITIL framework and ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure efficient deployment cycles.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production systems to maintain high availability and performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and Snow SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for data engineering tasks.
• Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM modules) or Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines).
• Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
• Proven ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and support complex production systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data warehousing and cloud data platforms.
• Background in IT operations and service desk management.
