Description

You will design and maintain scalable cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud solutions tailored for Azure environments.
• Develop scalable cloud-based systems using Scala.
• Maintain distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to support deployment.
• Manage database systems including Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• 3+ years of experience in Scala development.
• Proficiency in Scala and its related frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or ARM templates.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and compliance.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
