Description

Lead cloud data architecture and enterprise data engineering initiatives to accelerate IT delivery through repeatable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern cloud data architecture and business capability development.
• Lead programs to develop, maintain, and govern enterprise IT cloud architecture.
• Develop and socialize architectural standards, guidelines, and processes.
• Participate in Architecture and Design Review Board processes.
• Research emerging technologies and build business cases for new delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of senior IT experience in cloud architecture and business capability development.
• Direct experience leading architecture or data engineering on Google Cloud platforms.
• Experience with data management, architecture patterns, and large-scale application platforms.
• Hands-on experience with 3rd party data ingestion and data warehousing.
• Proficiency with AlloyDB or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Application-to-Application integration.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proven ability to mentor developers.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading organizational change management.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in IT estimating processes.
