Description

You will manage and enhance high-volume data applications, focusing on migrating AWS EMR workloads to AWS Glue.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance high-volume production data systems in an agile environment.
• Design, develop, and fine-tune data applications using established engineering patterns.
• Execute the migration of existing AWS EMR applications to AWS Glue.
• Integrate data solutions with Machine Learning and Master Data applications.
• Participate in six-week Program Increment planning cycles and sprint-based delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with Apache Spark.
• 3-5 years of experience with AWS EMR.
• 1-5 years of experience with AWS Glue.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience designing and optimizing high-volume data pipelines.
• Proven ability to work within agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
