You will lead a team of data engineers while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data engineers to support professional growth and high performance.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Manage and maintain SQL and Teradata databases to ensure integrity, security, and performance.
• Optimize database performance using indexing and query optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Proven experience with ETL development and optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing SQL and Teradata databases.
• Ability to manage project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Experience with database performance tuning and indexing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enforcing best practices for data quality, governance, and security.
• Maintaining documentation for data processes, workflows, and system configurations.
