Description

You will build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and structures to support traffic and user behavior analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable datasets.
• Lead data projects from inception to completion, including prototyping new data products.
• Partner with BI, Product, and Finance teams to design ingestion, structure, and storage solutions.
• Mentor junior team members on data engineering best practices.
• Develop technical documentation and train impacted teams on new solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or consulting.
• 3+ years of experience with large-scale data warehouse management (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data transformations and analysis.
• Experience with ETL and ELT processes.
• Experience with Apache Airflow or equivalent orchestration tools.
• Proven experience with data modeling for performant table structures.
• Experience building and deploying applications on GCP and AWS.
• Expertise in warehouse cost management and query optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jupyter for hands-on data exploration and statistical analysis.
