Description

Build core data domains and marketplace views using Databricks, leading the technical transition from Snowflake.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a single domain within the core data layer.
• Develop cross-product views in the marketplace layer.
• Utilize Databricks as the primary platform for all data engineering tasks.
• Assist with the technical migration of users and workflows from Snowflake to Databricks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in productionized enterprise data engineering or analytics.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark/Scala.
• Expertise in Spark and building scalable data pipelines.
• Experience using dbt for data transformations.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical migrations from Snowflake to Databricks.
