Design and build scalable data platform components and high-volume pipelines for millions of users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data platform components.
• Build high-volume data pipelines and business logic layers.
• Collaborate with product engineers to define data pipeline requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new data products.
• Tackle challenging projects involving large, structured, and unstructured datasets.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of core experience in Scala or Java.
• 5+ years of experience in real-time stream processing using Apache Flink or Apache Spark.
• Experience with messaging infrastructure like Kafka or Pulsar.
• 7+ years of experience in data pipeline development, ETL, and processing.
• Proficiency in NoSQL systems such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL.
