Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines for complex systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable data architectures for new and existing applications.
• Maintain and optimize existing ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in production applications across various platforms.
• Monitor data workflows to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in Oracle database technologies.
• Experience with big data tools including Spark, Scala, and Hadoop.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformations, validations, and ingestion workflows.
• Strong understanding of agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Healthcare IT, specifically payer systems or payment integrity solutions.
• Experience with Apache NiFi for data pipeline management.
