Description

You will design, build, and maintain production-grade data solutions on the Microsoft/Azure stack, focusing on modern architectures and enterprise-scale reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement lakehouse and medallion data models using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Azure SQL.
• Develop high-performance data pipelines and analytics using SQL and Python, leveraging libraries like delta-rs, PyArrow, Polars, DuckDB, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Build and manage CI/CD workflows with Git, ensuring rigorous environment promotion and deployment standards.
• Implement enterprise security, identity management, and access controls across data platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in regulated or high-scale environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data, software, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years building production data solutions specifically on the Microsoft/Azure stack.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency in at least two of: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure SQL, or Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and environment promotion.
• Experience implementing enterprise security, identity, and access controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated or high-scale environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
