You will design and maintain scalable data solutions on Azure, focusing on Microsoft Fabric and modern data architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse for structured and unstructured data.
• Implement secure data architectures with RBAC, Key Vault, Private Endpoints, and managed identities.
• Build data workflows using Python, SQL, and Spark, ensuring high performance and low latency.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for automated deployment and environment promotion.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead design decisions within Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years building production data solutions on Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Azure SQL.
• Advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
• Experience with Spark and data processing frameworks (Pandas, PyArrow).
• Knowledge of lakehouse/medallion architectures.
• Microsoft Fabric Certification DP-700 (required); DP-600 or DP-203 preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delta storage, partitioning, and columnstore optimization.
• Background in highly regulated or large-scale enterprise data platforms.
