You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and master data management standards across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Governance frameworks, including standards, policies, and stewardship models.
• Define and enforce data quality strategies, monitoring rules, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Identify and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data domains, and enterprise-scale data environments.
• Establish governance operating models, workflows, escalation paths, and facilitate Data Governance Councils.
• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance initiatives through robust data stewardship and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts: match & merge, survivorship, and hierarchies.
• Proven experience defining and managing data quality frameworks and metrics.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments.
• Ability to facilitate steward communities and governance councils.
