Lead large-scale data governance initiatives to improve data quality, accessibility, and analytics enablement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Collibra Data Governance, including workflows, cataloging, and lineage tracking.
• Define and maintain governance policies for data privacy and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Support metadata management and integrate governance tools with enterprise data warehouses and data lakes.
• Lead workshops and drive stakeholder alignment to communicate complex governance concepts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in data governance or related domains.
• Proven, hands-on experience implementing and administering Collibra Data Governance.
• Expert knowledge of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloging.
• Experience supporting regulatory requirements for data, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Proficiency in data modeling and/or SQL.
• Experience with cloud and data technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Spark, Kafka, and Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL Systems and Data Warehouses.
