Description

You will lead data initiatives by translating complex datasets into actionable business insights across multiple functional teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design data models from scratch to support data collection and Tableau visualizations.
• Acquire, profile, and model data from various sources to perform deep-dive analysis.
• Build and maintain analytical and operational dashboards using Tableau and SSRS.
• Analyze complex claims, membership, and demographic data to identify trends and patterns.
• Implement release management automation processes using VSTS and TFS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Expertise in Tableau for desktop and server-based data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Teradata and SSRS.
• Strong data management skills, including scrubbing, transformation, and QA validation.
• Experience with process design and requirement analysis.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Ability to investigate data abnormalities and perform reasonableness checks.
