Description

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform end-to-end reconciliation across the migration pipeline (Mainframe → SQL Server → Salesforce).
🔹 Validate record counts, hash totals, financial/statistical summaries, and data integrity throughout the migration process.
🔹 Conduct Salesforce target validation using SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench.
🔹 Ensure parent-child relationships, External IDs, and object schemas remain intact after data loads
