Description

You will design and maintain complex data structures to support enterprise-wide data integration and usage.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Perform ontological modelling and manage data dictionaries.
• Generate DDL and validate proper implementation with App Dev and DBA teams.
• Present data designs to the Data Review Board (DRB) for approval.
• Identify opportunities to reuse data and reduce enterprise-wide redundancy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building logical and conceptual data models.
• Direct experience in Mortgage Lending.
• Knowledge of industry ontology models including BIAN, FIBO, and MISMO.
• Hands-on experience with ontological modelling.
• Proficiency in publishing models in HTML or other browsable formats.
• Ability to manage de-normalization processes and associated business rules.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design.
• Experience with business analysis and software maintenance.
