Description

You will drive the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle of data products within the banking organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize data product features and roadmaps aligned with banking operations and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design scalable data pipelines, ensuring quality and performance.
• Oversee data product releases, testing, and monitoring throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure all data products adhere to banking industry data security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Monitor product performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Product Manager or similar technical role.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline management.
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial industry data compliance and security standards.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and business needs, translating complex data concepts.
• Familiarity with release management, CI/CD practices, and version control.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Data Engineering processes, including cloud data platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Knowledge of DevOps Practices and CI/CD Pipelines.
