Description

Lead the development of internal-facing data products and analytics capabilities to drive enterprise value.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and technical requirements for data processes and tools to enable prioritized use cases.
• Specify requirements for data processing and storage to support analytics, data science exploration, and model development.
• Identify product gaps by analyzing end-user needs to improve adoption and user experience.
• Oversee the integration of data governance, risk, and security controls to protect data integrity.
• Set and track success metrics to ensure data insights deliver measurable business results.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in product management, data management, or consulting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working directly with data engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
• Proficiency in writing and tuning SQL.
• Experience with software development methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira and other Agile tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Hive, and Spark.
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Python, HDFS, Aerospike, or Elasticsearch.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
