Description

Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full product life cycle to deliver data-driven solutions within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive product life cycle stages including requirements, planning, design, development, and testing.
• Act as a translator between business units and IT to analyze needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Analyze and document data enrichment rules for vendor datasets involving financial intermediaries and retirement plan sponsors.
• Perform root-cause analysis on complex data quality issues and prioritize remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with Salesforce users and downstream consumers to document business processes and data requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience working with CRM data within asset management or sales operations.
• Strong project management skills, specifically in delivering end-to-end results within Agile frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the data analysis life cycle.
• Experience in the asset management distribution industry.
• Ability to break down complex, vague problems into rational, actionable steps.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
