Description

Lead data cleansing, quality, and conversion efforts for the Retirement Insurance System Enhancement (RISE) project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data cleansing, quality, and conversion efforts from legacy databases to the vendor application.
• Maintain project artifacts and manage releases within an Agile framework.
• Ensure completeness and timely delivery of all data deliverables to the selected vendor.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on schedule.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience with pension and benefits administration systems.
• 10 years of experience in data quality, data management, and data reconciliation.
• 10 years of experience defining problems, estimating deliverables, and producing project documentation.
• 10 years of experience reviewing and evaluating data-related project deliverables.
• 10 years of experience communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• 3 years of experience in project management delivery.
• Proficiency with database management.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to work cooperatively with technical teams and business customers.
