Description

You will create operational reporting, visualization, and metrics for the Talent Acquisition community and operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting processes to ensure sustainability, efficiency, and a strong user experience.
• Design metrics, KPIs, and data visualizations to support ad-hoc and recurring reporting needs.
• Consult with TA leaders and recruiters on data landscape possibilities and identify gaps between processes and data.
• Partner with Development and Engineering teams to ensure the TA Data Warehouse consumes appropriate data.
• Review report requirements to determine the best technology solutions, output formats, and distribution methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data or reporting roles.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Talent Acquisition or HR Reporting & Analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel and Tableau.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer.
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence or Alteryx.
• Ability to manage multiple work tracks and participate in backlog prioritization.
• Strong task management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems or Talent Relationship Management systems such as Taleo, Workday, or Avature.
• Experience with Smartsheets or ServiceNow.
