Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for digital channel optimization.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Present technical insights and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and integrate latest data science and digital marketing trends into workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Practical experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing data, including online, email, and commerce metrics.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Residency in the Netherlands.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI and digital marketing tools.
• Experience working within the Azure ecosystem.
