Description

You will lead attribute development and design analytical solutions for complex problems by integrating multiple data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribute development in collaboration with cross-functional Product and Technology teams.
• Design and implement advanced attribute solutions, scorecards, and statistical deliverables.
• Manage the full attribute development cycle, including testing, attribute reduction, and QA to ensure data quality.
• Design data structures and processes that balance immediate delivery with long-term reusability.
• Evaluate the technical work of peer statistical analysts to ensure deliverable accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a data scientist or statistical modeller in identity/fraud, credit risk, fintech, ecommerce, or marketing analytics.
• 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience using Python and SQL.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in data and analytics.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, data mining, and data structures.
• Experience in data delivery, data clustering, modeling, and pattern recognition.
• Expertise in developing features through the manipulation of raw data.
• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or Statistics.
