Description

You will drive data science development across multiple concurrent work streams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models, pipelines, and dashboards based on functional requirements and project plans.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and program leads to define roadmaps and delivery timelines.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure quality and reliability.
• Design low-latency, reliable reports following data visualization best practices.
• Communicate development status proactively and escalate technical challenges or blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, data modelling, and data pipeline development.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Python and PySpark.
• Expertise using Jupyter or Colab with Pandas, Sklearn, NLTK, and Gensim.
• Strong background in text analytics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), classification, and clustering.
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards using Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of data management, processing, analytics, machine learning, and visualization.
• Ability to manage and prioritize own work while aligning with shifting program priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Data Studio.
• Experience with self-service reporting platforms.
• Proficiency with Matplotlib for data visualization.
