You will drive business solutions by leveraging data insights and deploying scalable ML/AI models across multiple business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify business opportunities and apply statistical methods to uncover critical insights.
• Develop customized, reusable ML, AI, GenAI, and statistical models scalable across functions.
• Translate complex analytic findings into concrete, actionable recommendations for product or business improvement.
• Coordinate analytic requirements with product and engineering leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members, providing technical direction and task assignments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Python and core libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras).
• Proven experience with classical ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, SVMs, neural networks).
• Solid grounding in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing (DOE, forecasting, segmentation).
• Hands-on experience with the full ML pipeline: preprocessing, feature engineering, imputation, and model deployment.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and NLP.
• Exposure to deploying AI/ML on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and API development (Flask/Django).
• Experience developing dashboards using PowerBI or similar visualization tools.
